34+1" goal pads are not all alike. Even if you switch models within the same brand you may need a different size!

If you're shopping for a new goal pads, you might have the right size in mind (did you see last week's video?) but did you know that sizes do not compare perfectly between brands? Some knees are higher or lower because of things like boot flex and angle. Most stock pads are +1 but a couple of companies make them +1.5 or even +2 for retail. How boot channels are constructed can change how pads sit on your skate and thus the effective size on your leg. These are but a few examples, with several more in the video.

Woody and Cam take you through 9 different pads to give you an idea of what to look for when you get your next set of pillows and how your next set might need to be a slightly different size than the ones you are wearing now.
