In the past 8 years & 9 months we’ve gone through ups & downs, we’ve opened & closed several branches, we’ve tweaked the menu many times and even survived a pandemic. From 5 branches now we are down to one & it’s this one that I am most proud of. This feels like a rebirth & a new beginning and truly represents what I believe Sarsa stands for.
