Hey guys and welcome to another low calorie recipe video!

As you may know, on this channel, we use a lot of syrups, and we really like maple syrup.

However there is a big problem with maple syrup - the calories are crazy high.

And there is a big problem with low calorie chocolate syrups like Walden Farms and skinny syrups - the price is crazy high, they usually taste like trash, and sometimes they aren't even low calorie.

Plus they're often really runny.

So in this video I show you how to make your own LOW CALORIE thick maple syrup in just 5 minutes using a minimum of 3 ingredients. It is insanely simple and tastes incredibly good.

It is a quick, simple and cheap recipe which you can use when dieting down and cutting to get shredded or when you're lean bulking - it will always taste good.

You can make it as thick or as runny as you like it and you can meal prep a big batch to keep in the fridge of months without any issues.
