India Today has accessed a copy of the affidavit of the Kerala police, which confirms that Bishop Franco Mulakkal is guilty of serially raping the nun. It has been revealed that the bishop committed 'unnatural offenses' and committed rape repeatedly against the will and consent of the nun by abusing his power over her as Bishop of Jalandhar. The affidavit was filed by a state DySP on August 10.
