If you are looking for a modern sounding microphone the Sony 800G has been one of the most popular microphones in high-end studios for decades. Known for its midforward, bright sound the Sony 800G has been on more hit records then anyone can count. The Ga8000 (Ga800G mki) is a faithful reproduction of the Sony 800G. Although expensive it comes in at around 1/3 of the Sony 800G. The Golden Age Premier's GA8000 definietely has the look but how does it sound? Let's find out!
