Hi dears..Today am back with yet another rice dish or rice recipe. I always love the evergreen combination of Ghee rice and chicken roast. This special rice dish is almost same like we prepare ghee rice but i added more ingredients to flavour the rice. Like so, chicken is roasted in another pan with handy spice powders. Here the rice is blended with the chicken only once the rice is done. So this is my version of a new rice dish. The use of sauces while preparing the rice makes this dish more flavorful. So do try and let me know it.
