A quick way to create a sizable Plasma Circle Cutting Jig, or just quickly create a jig when you need one for a particular task. I built one each for my Drag tips and regular tips that would cut up to 12", and wouldn't you know, I needed one the next day to cut a 15" to 17-1/2" arc for a Oil Burner Project. Took me about 15 minutes to make each of them, and they will last forever.. Used a scrap piece of flatbar for the project... A demo of it's use at the end of the video.
NOTE:
There is no sound between 6:25 to 9:24 because Youtube thinks I am playing some sort of kiddie Color of Rainbow song in the background... It is a Choctaw Indian Flute song.. Since it is in the background, and not a separate track, I have no idea how to filter it out.. So, oops.. Won't have any music playing in the background on future videos.. The same music is playing in the background the whole video, so, don't want to try to fix it and upload it again, or they might flag it again.. Kind of dang if you do and dang if you don't, so, I will just leave it alone. Sorry.. Still learning and I hate editing videos anyway.. My channel is not monitized, so, it does not matter anyway, but, I don't like having errors or warnings, so, I just let them filter, which turned out to muting that segment... I looked at trying to edit it, but, choices were, No music or talking the whole video, or leave it alone. I chose the latter... I don't make up videos.. I just video some of the stuff I do when I am doing it.. About one out of 5 or 10 projects,, sometimes.. I am always doing/building something.. I learn alot from Youtube,, just trying to say thanks and pay it forward to someone else, or in the off chance that some of the people I watch, watch me, hopefully, I can help someone who helped me.. It is a beautiful world when things work like that. :)
