The Whitehaven Derby. These two Cumbrian teams are less than 3 miles apart, and the players grew up playing, and hating eat each other.

Whitehaven is a proud working class town on the edge of the Lake District, and everyone is mad about Rugby League.

Kells showed their class in this fixture, the red and whites usually play in the higher divisions of the National Conference League and Hensingham play in a number of leagues below.

Due to the revised league format; the two local teams are given the chance to play each other for the first time since 2011!
