Richard and tile expert Joe Ferrante examined the tile above the bathtub and determined that hole for the mixing valve was too large. Joe removed the existing tile and installed a new tile with a smaller hole. Richard secured the studs in the wall to ensure that the pipes for the mixing valve could not move back and forth.
