Compared to the previous experiments, this is a little more advanced and may require multiple rounds of trial and error to achieve the desired results. But fear not, as we believe that perseverance and determination are the keys to unlocking amazing outcomes!

Density is again in play as we delve into the reasoning behind this experiment. By squeezing the bottle, the air bubble within the straw compresses, making it denser than the surrounding water. This change in density causes our diver to sink. Conversely, when you release the squeeze, the bubble expands, forcing water out of the cap, and our diver rises to the surface once again.
