Savings for Change (SfC) is part of Oxfam's Hakbi'it program in Timor-Leste, which uses a savings group methodology designed to strengthen women's empowerment by increasing their financial assets, resilience, participation, and confidence.

Through the Hakbi'it program, Oxfam is working with local partner Kdadalak Sulimutuk Institute (KSI) to tackle the inequalities that disproportionately affects women in Timor-Leste, particularly women living in rural areas and those living with disabilities.

Oxfam acknowledges the support of the Australian Government through the Australian NGO Cooperation Program (ANCP).
