Roubini on Treasury Issuance, Markets and Economy

Nouriel Roubini, Atlas American Fund portfolio manager and Roubini Macro Associates CEO, discusses his accusation that the US Treasury manipulated the issuance of Treasury securities in a way that lowers real borrowing costs across the economy.
