A new addition to our Bit Form plugin is - SMTP configuration. A lot of site owners face the spam mail problem for using the WordPress default mail protocol. Here, SMTP can be your most reliable protocol to get rid of these spam issues. Being a Bit Form user is a plus point as we are providing it as an add-on instead of a plugin.

The mail services you can choose for SMTP are :
AWS SES
Zoho Mail
Mail Gun
Gmail
Hotmail
Yahoo
Note: You need business email, general email won't work

To access this feature simply follow the instructions :
To configure it go to the setting option and click on the SMTP setting.
You can set the sender name & email address according to your preference where WordPress default protocol doesn't allow you to customize it.
Then set the recipient's email address to whom you want to mail.
According to the mail service Choose 'Type of Encryption', 'SMTP Port' , 'SMTP authentication'.
Mail Gun :
SMTP Host: smtp.mailgun.org
Type of Encryption: TLS
SMTP Port: 587
Gmail :
SMTP Host: smtp.gmail.com
Type of Encryption: TLS
SMTP Port: 587
Hotmail :
SMTP Host: smtp.live.com
Type of Encryption: TLS
SMTP Port: 587
Yahoo :
SMTP Host: smtp.mail.yahoo.com
Type of Encryption: SSL
SMTP Port: 465
Zoho :
SMTP Host: smtp.zoho.com
Type of Encryption: TLS
SMTP Port: 587
For Zoho, you may require an Application-specific Password to set up the account on other devices if you've enabled Two-Factor Authentication. Please check the below links for Zoho:

Then set your SMTP username & password, enable the SMTP option.

After completing your SMTP set-up you can do an email test to ensure all the connections you have set before. This option makes the configuration process more interactive to use. And now, you are set to use this feature without any interruption.
