A full body circular flow where we move allll around the yoga mat opening the upper and lower body! We make our way into super solider pose with modifications and options given!

As always, please remember to modify, adjust and make it your own practice. Rest and pause me when you need to! - you don’t have to be able to do the pose to give it a go!
