Walks in Sussex: Warren Hill and Sanctuary Walk

Today I am in search of Vera Pragnell's Sanctuary Hut on the other side of Warren Hill near Washington in West Sussex close to the seaside resort of Worthing.
I am also trying to identify the trees in the woodland along the way.

In 1922 Vera Pragnell bought 50 acres of land for £850 and divided it up for her friends, Christians, Communists and such like for free. She invited them to live the simple life. What happened to the sanctuary that she promised them?
