Are you always buying your coleslaw at the store, because you're unsure how to make it? My 3 ingredient coleslaw is the most basic and delicious accompaniment to your meal. Plus, its a great base to add different ingredients. Once you get the base idea down you can try all kinds of different recipes. This recipe is totally customizable, you make it to your taste.

Here's the recipe:

1 Small head of Cabbage or half of a large cabbage
1/2-1 Cups Mayo, we use Dukes
1/2 tsp Salt
Pepper
1 Tbsp Milk

1. Core, rinse and dry cabbage.

2. Chop the cabbage down to a small dice, or use a food processor.

3. Into a bowl add the cabbage, mayo, salt, pepper and milk. Mix well, add more mayo or milk to create the consistency you like.

4. Chill and enjoy as a side or a topper for hotdogs, burgers, bbq, brats.
