RAPID MIXER GRANULATOR: -

MAIN IMPELLOR
Specially designed radial impeller. Main impellor maximizes micro and micro-mixing of ingredients by effecting optimal diffusion, convection & shears irrespective of varying bulk densities, both during dry and wet mixing.

DISCHARGE
C’ shaped standard chopper. Empty out the granules from main bowl in shortest time while opening the discharge port with the help of a pneumatic.

CHOPPER
Ensures effective delumping of oversized agglomerates distribution of binder fluids and ideal compaction of granules.

SAILENT FEATURES
• Cylindrical design with conical top for optimum mixing quality and wide utilization range.
