This is one of the beautiful problem asked in GATE XE 2015 that tests the basic understanding of the students on i effect of Laminar and turbulent flow on drag characteristics. It also tests understanding of boundary layer separation with turbulent and laminar flow.


Students, you can recommend any problems on Fluid Mechanics that have appeared in any competitive exams for me to solve. I would prefer that you recommend me individual problems rather than the whole paper. Kindly recommend me individual problems that I must prioritize. If I concentrate on full paper, then I may have less time to solve all the problems within GATE 2021. Kindly recommend me the questions that you feel difficult to solve. Nevertheless, I will solve full paper as well at a later date.


Till GATE 2021, I will prioritize GATE questions. The questions can be from any GATE paper. XE, Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Aerospace, PI or any other. But must be related to Fluid Mechanics.
