Cabbage crop is an important crop of both seasons summers and winters so it is grown throughout the year. In this video, the experience of a farmer has shared whose name is Muhammad Saeed.

Muhammad Saeed is a farmer and owns some land on which he grew cabbage crops. To grow this crop he bought seeds from the market and then put them into the soil after 60 or 90 days the crop is ready to harvest. Mostly he uses hybrid seeds to grow cabbage crops.

The cabbage crop has a good market value in the vegetable market. The total investment on this crop is about 70 thousand to one lakh rupees and the return is around 1 to 1.5 lakh if the quality of the crop is good. The shelf life of this crop is about 2-3 months.

As there are a lot of benefits from cabbage crops there are some drawbacks of it as well. Just like all other crops, cabbage crops also need special care although they can survive if less water supply is available the attraction of pests is a major problem. So to avoid this issue the farmers use different kinds of insect-free sprays on their fields.
