The SBL was introduced in 1986 and was the first speaker Naim manufactured inhouse. The smaller IBL and larger DBL models would shortly follow. I bought this one-owner pair from WYSAH for £500.

1989-spec Sondek plus £17 Audio Technica VM95C MM conical stylus and fitted with black liner bearing, steel subchassis, Ittok LVIII tonearm, and K9 body.

Valhalla and amps serviced by Class A.
