Items used: Pentagram, Wire Coat Hanger, SMB Super Fan, Apple, Infamy, 9 HP upgrades, Scorpio, Halo of flies, The Halo, Tough Love and butterbean.
I released this video because I know when a lot of people showcase mods they just stomp through runs via console commands or breaking the game.

Apologies for the framerate dips in this video, there are now three mods that comprise this mod so sometimes it lags when lots of things are spawned at once.
