Here we demonstrate how to make the non-alcoholic version of our newest tiki-style class cocktail, the TT Mai Tai. This twist on the tropical favourite simply adds a splash of pineapple juice giving it a slightly sweeter, more tropical but no less delicious flavour profile.

This drink is made by shaking a blend of Caleño Tropical Non-Alcoholic Spirits, Lyre’s Orange Sec, lime juice, orgeat almond syrup and pineapple juice.

INGREDIENTS:
🍹 75ml Caleño Blend (1:1 Caleño Dark & Spicy and Caleño Light & Zesty)
🍊 20ml Lyre’s Orange Sec
💧 25ml Orgeat
🍈 25ml Lime Juice/1 Lime
🍍 20ml Pineapple Juice
🌿 Orange Slice and Mint Sprig to Garnish

EQUIPMENT:
-Shaker
-Jigger/Measure
-Hawthorn Strainer
-Elbow Press
-Matches
-Cubed Ice
-Crushed Ice

METHOD:
1) Using your jigger to measure, add the Caleño blend, Lyre’s Orange Sec, pineapple juice and orgeat to your Boston glass or shaker
2) Using your elbow press, squeeze 25ml or the juice of one lime and add to shaker
3) Fill with cubed ice and seal
4) Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
5) Serve with dirty ice (ice from shaker) in a hurricane glass or tiki mug
6) Garnish with orange slice and mint sprig
7) Serve and enjoy
