A secret witness testifying at the Inquiry into State Capture has implicated three journalists. Colonel Dhanajaya Naidoo, a former crime intelligence officer says the journalists worked and were paid by crime intelligence.

Naidoo is testifying from a secret location and has been under witness protection since 2011. He says journalists were used to further the agenda of those behind the secret slush fund.

Tiso Blackstar has since place on leave one of its senior journalists, Ranjeni Munusamy following the damning allegations.
