Welcome to “Maya”

It's Cities: Skylines series, Mostly based on Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan.
Some mixed with my own thoughts and there may be some elements that are extracted from other japanese cities to be applied in this city as well.

Contents:
- Build the observation tower, hotel, opera house and park.
- Build the ferry terminal.
- Rework the expressway and elevated road ramps.
- Expand the urban area, residential, commercial and offices.
