My offer of $500,000 has been submitted. Other offer of $510,000 has been submitted. I add escalation clause language to top highest offer by $1000. It triggers my escalation clause and now my $500,000 offer escalates to $511,000.Your offer could escalate up to $525,000 but there needs to be another offer at $5024,000 for your offer to be at $525,000.

Escalation Clause Real Estate Considerations:
