Using Leftover Paint for Relaxation | Play & Relax in Your Sketchbook🎨

Ever wonder what to do with the leftover paint on your mixing palette after finishing a painting? In this video, I'll show you a fun and relaxing way to use it up while experimenting in your sketchbook.
I often spread leftover paint on a canvas or paper with a brush or palette knife to create interesting backgrounds for future paintings. Sometimes, I store it in a jar, creating a unique mix of colors that can be used for beautiful new mixes later on. But recently, I came up with a new idea!

Painting in my large square sketchbook often feels like working on a small canvas, and I strive for beauty in every piece. To break free from perfectionism, I started a smaller sketchbook just for playing with colors and having fun. It's all about the process, letting go, and allowing your mind to drift.

In this journal, the goal is not to create a masterpiece but to enjoy the journey and find peace in the process. Whether you're splashing vibrant colors across the page or blending shades, let it be a moment to breathe, relax, and let go of stress.
