- 2 pints cherry tomato
- 8-10 garlic cloves
- 4 shallots, chopped
- handful of fresh herbs ( rosemary, thyme, oregano)
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- extra virgin olive oil to cover

Basil Pesto
- 6oz basil leaves
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup olive oil

- Corn meal, for pizza peel
- Parmesan Cheese
- Goat Cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
