Why Does Autism Cause YOU Fear?

Why does autism cause fear in your life, everything you need to know now.

For years I’ve had unconditional fear, Not knowing why I had for you but where it came from I knew that I was always scared.

After being diagnosed autistic I thought well maybe it’s autism and fear that is related to each other because it may be that I don’t understand certain things about the world and that I’m just scared because I’ve not taken the time to understand something.

It turns out this is not the case autistic people especially with the type of autism I have are always in fight or Flight mode which means they’re constantly on high alert at all times because their response system for danger is communicating differently to that of Neurotypical people.

When I realise this it was quite explosive because now I had an answer to the fear and I could probably do something around this to help me alleviate some of that high alert tension that causes many meltdowns and much of the fear in my life.
