Foil Drive Era: A review of the 48 Liter Omen Flux with the Foil Drive Assist Max.

Описание к видео Foil Drive Era: A review of the 48 Liter Omen Flux with the Foil Drive Assist Max.

Hey everyone, Dave here from The Lift Journal! I wanted to share my thoughts on the 48 Liter Omen Flux and its compatibility with the ‪@foildrive‬ system.

For context, I'm 5’8”, 140 pounds, and riding the Omen Flux at 4’9” x 19.5” x 3.7” with the Foil Drive Assist Max and the Max Power battery. This setup is great—controller connectivity is flawless, and the board stays consistently powered with the nose always out of the water.

The 4’9” length helps with planing and skips through chop smoothly, making it easier to maintain momentum and pick the right line. Getting up is a breeze, and the stability feels similar to e-foiling until you’re on foil.

Of course, adding the Foil Drive system makes the board feel larger, affecting pump and turns. While I’m not getting as much snap in my turns, I can still manage tips-out maneuvers and get back up quickly if I fall.

In summary, the 48 Liter Omen Flux is a solid choice for beginners and offers room to grow. It’s a good balance of width and length, providing both stability and maneuverability.

Happy foiling and see you soon!
