Check-in: 5/10, I got glitched on the "scan your passport" screen so I rejoined, however when I asked to get my class manually I was told to "try again" which in my opinion was pretty rude since in the past they manually roled passengers when issues like this one occured. The baggage check-in and self-checkin animations were pretty nice and realistic however.
Airport: 10/10, lots of shops and things to do. Very nice and modern, fast security.
Lounge: 7/10, a bit crampt, and lack of comfortable seats due to the new desk. Drink services were available, though no snacks were available.
Seat: 9/10, Very nice realistic seat, major improvement from the previous seats in other aircraft. 2 recline animations, seat lamp, however the call function didnt work.
IFE: 4/10, Barely working, although the interface is nice, the flight information and camara didnt work, and the music section was still there even after the roblox music ID bans.
Pre flight services: 7/10, got my drink late, though the staff did apologize. More pre-flight services other then drinks would be nice, like snacks.
Cruise: 10/10, Although we got the same menu as economy, the dinner food meshs were still very detailed, and so as the breakfast service. There was also a flight trivia quiz and a warm towel offered to passengers. Service was quick!
Service: 7/10, Qatar staff have started to become less helpful recently, even on small flights, as you saw with my check-in issue. They also take long amounts of time to respond to !staff (question) messages. However, the staff onboard the aircraft were nice and helpful.
Arrival: 9/10, Small arrival airport but very detailed compared to other arrival airports in ro-av. However, my baggage did not come at all, and the busses left pretty quickly.
Destination 8/10: Nice destination, though there was no group photo and not much to do.
Overall: 76/100
