मोदी 3.0 के पहले बजट से सरकारी कर्मचारियों को काफी उम्मीदें है. बजट में सरकार कर्मचारियों की सैलरी को लेकर कोई बड़ा घोषणा कर सकती है. या फिटमेंट फैक्टर को बढ़ा सकती है. जिससे कर्मचारियों के बेसिक सैलारी में इजाफा हो जाएगा. साथ ही बेसिक सैलरी बढ़ने से कर्मचारियों के मिलने वाले भत्ते में भी बढ़ोतरी हो जाएगी. संभावना जताई जा रही है कि अगर कर्मचारियों के बेसिक सैलरी को बढ़ाया जाएगा तो आने वाले महीने में सरकारी कर्मचारियों के बेसिक वेतन 26,000 रुपये हो सकता है.
