My MX5 doesn't have central locking, which was fine, until the door lock broke and made getting in the car quite a pain. So I fit the cheapest generic central locking kit I could get from Amazon. This video should be useful for how to fit this kit to any old car as the process is the same, just that the trim removal is specific to an MX5/Miata (obviously).
