0x0010.2 - Resurrecting The 98 Machine

I'm finally ready to face what ever has gone wrong with The Windows 98 machine.

I'm still not convinced that it was my fault. The break point in the solder looked too clean to have been traumatic damage. I'm thinking the solder point was weak and the many years I've had this computer caught up and it fell off. 12:35 in the last video is the first time I could see the area of the card the cap was missing from. So I couldn't get a definitive answer. If I did it.

Well whatever the cause, the result is the same. But at least it's resolved! I need this computer operational for some upcoming videos, and it'll be nice to just be able to use it again.
