What is KAGIKIT? KAGIKIT is chicken flakes serves as toppings of PASTIL and PASTIL is rice topped with KAGIKIT wrapped in banana leaves. This dish is popular in Mindanao especially in Muslim dominated areas.

Ginger
Onion
Garlic
Cooking oil (about 375ml) or isang lapad 😁
