(1) The duly executed and stamped "Sale Agreement". This document is 'franked' meaning it is admissible in a court of law if necessary.
(2) The Original Title Deed
(3) The Original Application for Registration
(4) The Original, Franked Land Transfer form
(5) Goshen Acquisitions LTD Board Resolutions
(6) The Original Stamp Duty Slip together with Tax Payment Receipt
(7) A Copy of the Land Control Board Consent to Transfer
(8) A Certified copy of the Mutation Form and Original Stamped Registry Index Map
(9) Certified Copy of Goshen Acquisitions LTD Certificate Of Incorporation and KRA Pin Certificate
(10) Certified copies of Goshen Acquisitions LTD Director's Identification Card And KRA Pin Certificate
