Core stacking is one of the final processes we use when manufacturing a heat exchanger core.

After our tube and fin have been manufactured, we then place them one after the other into our stacking rails until we have reached the correct core stack height.

From here we secure the core and place our header plates over the tubes before the unit is brazed in our furnace.

The final product is then pressure tested before being sent to our fabrication department for final assembly.
