Описание к видео 📻 The world without Internet - Software broadcast on radio (8-bit comp., cassettes, teletext, BBS)

** An amazing journey back in time to the "prehistoric" era, when there was no Internet and computer programs were broadcast over the radio. A story about Atari, ZX Spectrum and Commodore. Long-forgotten titles regained thanks to a few enthusiasts. An explanation of where the iconic beep sounds in the air came from? And lots of curiosities for dessert. Old tape recorders. First teletext broadcasts. Prestel and Minitel terminals. The mysterious abbreviation BBS. Software on vinyl records. And many, many more... More than 20 minutes during which you will not be able to tear yourself away from your computer. **

The history of the Radiokomputer (Radiocomputer) show from the 1980s broadcast by the Polish Scouts’ Radio, thanks to which software for 8-bit computers was delivered to every home. In the evening, tens or even hundreds of thousands of listeners sat in front of the receivers to listen to the latest information from the bits and bytes world and to download the best software. The video also briefly presents the British Datarama show broadcast by Radio West and the Dutch Hobbyscoop broadcast by the NOP. The following programs are presented: Feud (Bulldog Software), Kartka Radiokomputera (Radiocomputer card), Robbo (demo) (LK Avalon), Podróże po Polsce (Travels around Poland) (Dariusz Rogoziński), Ćwiczenia chemiczne (Chemical exercises) (Wojtek Mroczka), Letter to the editor (Janusz Koliński), Kolędy Radiokomputera (Radiocomputer carols), Sound Tracker (J.
