INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO.1 (Fried Chicken Wings)
2 lbs chicken wings
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp calamansi extract or lemon juice
1 tsp sesame oil
1 egg
Cake flour or all-purpose flour

INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 2 (Fried Pork Ribs)
2.3 lbs baby back ribs (cross cut)
1/4 tsp of five spice seasoning
1 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of paprika
1/2 tsp of white pepper or black pepper
1 tsp of chicken powder
1 tbsp of soy sauce
2 tbsp of cooking wine (or lemon juice)
2 tbsp of cornstarch
1 and 1/2 tbsp of cooking oil
6 cloves garlic, chopped
A little bit of black pepper
