In this episode of Mentor 2 Mentor, I get to talk to Diane about all of her big plans and ideas. In the process of listening to everything she has cooking, I realized I needed to start mapping out how all of these separate efforts were serving her audience and at what capacity and price point.

I chose to use a value ladder model to sketch this out, and then that enabled us to focus on what she should actually take action on RIGHT NOW.
