(#9) Harley 80ci Evo engine. Top end assembly. DIY rebuild. EV-27 swap to Sifton 144-EV (#5 thru #9)

So this is the continuation and completion of a series of videos ( #5 through #8 ) that I did on a top end rebuild.

Ported and polished the heads. Swapped out an Andrews EV-27 cam for a Sifton 144-EV cam. swapped out an S&S breather for the S&S Reed style breather.

NOTE: I didn't record the cam swap procedures as I've already covered how to do this in video (#2) however I do go over other details necessary in regards to valve clearances that I didn't cover in video (#2)

I assembled this motor as if it was a stock motor reassembled. I did not make any changes to my carburetor settings or my ignition timing and I threw my adjustable push rods back in as they were set wen I pulled them out.

Then, I put gas in the bike and fired it up.
