It's just amazing when people don't do math or try to figure out what is good and what isn't good.
You can shut off your brain completely and play Vivian, but what happens if you don't shut off your brain?.
Still, I have to explain why people pick OiC :
Haven 1 will have the enemies take 174 damage per shot with OiC.
where as they'll take 158 per hit without it.
it compensates a bit for your falloff but not by much.
haven 2 with OiC, they'll take 160 per hit, without it, they'll take 146 per hit.
so basically the talent is a counter to haven which is good.

the sensor talent will make you lose the reveal unless you have that persist for 1s or more with the card, but it's much more annoying than OiC can be.

the shield talent becomes useless against CC heavy comps who can bypass shields, like Corvus or Furia or Io, their stuns go through shields.

So yes, I know why some might still play OiC.

OiC does basically nothing in close quarters and only activates after you've spent 15 shots either on walls or shields or an enemy, and it works with Jenos to do even more, it also happens to benefit more from lifesteal.

I just didn't want that info in the video xD because I want to see less OiC and more sensor talent given that it annoys the enemies way more than OiC does, it can be used to hold off a flank lane just like Dredge's Abyss Spike, and you can get resets on your sensor with a card.
