The Ugly Truth About Being Shredded

Описание к видео The Ugly Truth About Being Shredded

The ugly truth about being shredded | The truth about being shredded | the truth about being 5% body fat #truth #shredded #bellyfat Correct, I have been shredded at close to 5% body fat & know first-hand what it’s like to be that shredded & experience the horrible metabolic adaptations that come with being shredded so although a lot of you may be inspiring to get shredded & to very low body fat, thought I would just give you a heads up that the ugly truth about being shredded is that it really isn’t great. Yes, although you may get more followers on Instagram, the ugly truth about being shredded & that low body fat is that life is horrible.

While I won’t go into all the details about the metabolic adaptations to weight loss & being shredded here & let the vlog & full day of eating do the talking, for those who are truly interested in the science behind what it’s like to be shredded & so low body fat, I have gone & written an entire blog on the metabolic adaptations that the body makes when trying to sustain large amounts of weight loss & low body fat percentages

Unfortunately in the fitness & bodybuilding industry, being shredded is still the norm with many Fitness & bodybuilding pages only showing throwbacks of the 1 time they were shredded when in reality, even they don’t sustain such low levels of body fat as the ugly truth about being that shredded is that it is not sustainable. Even then, young gym fitness enthusiasts will look up to these people & pursue a diet & training program to get them shredded when in reality that’s the last thing you want to be doing as a young bodybuilding beginner to the gym

If you are a beginner to the gym then weight loss & getting shredded is only going to come back to haunt you later in your fitness or bodybuilding career & that instead of adopting a diet & training program to get shredded & lose weight & undergo all the metabolic adaptations you want to maximise your gains in the gym first & THEN consider dieting & lose fat when you have built your foundations. At such a young age, the metabolic adaptations made to being shredded are not good to experience and may impede your ability to make gains in the future if you never give yourself time to build muscle

Although i do go into the ugly truth about being shredded & that it’s not a good idea to get to such low levels of body fat, I’m not saying to get to very high levels of body fat but a nice balance between the two body fat percentages where you are still LEAN & have a good quality of life & performance in the gym without experiencing any of the metabolic adaptations that you get from being shredded

I’ll let the vid do the rest so enjoy me taking you through a full vlog & full day of eating while giving you my account of the ugly truth about being shredded

Again, a tonne of value about the truth about being shredded & metabolic adaptations over on the website blog also so show your support buy hitting the LIKE & SUBSCRIBE & comment down below if you like these science explained & fitness topics with a vlog & full day of eating incorporated into it
