This is how we fixed the customer's Wagon Wheel using 3D printing. Once we received the part, we took a closer look at it to gauge what process was best suited to reverse engineer it. In this particular case, as a fairly simple part, we use callipers to most accurately measure it and recorded all the dimensions and general shapes. We then recreated it in a 3D modeling software called SolidWorks. Once the cad file was complete, we sent it over to our Figure 4 3D printer to be produced, we hit go, finished off the part, and as you and see it worked perfectly.
