This End of Summer Bourbon Cocktail is one of those cocktails that is so unique you'll want to drink it all year long! This cocktail is called Isle of Dogs and it is made with Olive Oil Fat Washed Bourbon, charred snow pea syrup, and mint-infused blanc vermouth! It's crisp and vegetal, and makes for a wonderful end of summer bourbon cocktail!

In this last summer cocktail episode of the season, I will show you how to make an olive oil fat-washed bourbon using a great 24-hour fat-wash process! Then, we will do another 24-hour infusion with a Mint Infused Blanc Vermouth. And Lastly, I will show you how to make my charred snow pea syrup!

I know it sounds crazy but it is a beautiful combination of flavors with the aged notes of the bourbon, the charred and sweet vegetal notes of the snow peas, and the minty bright notes of the blanc vermouth!

Truly a beautiful end of summer bourbon cocktail!

Isle of Dogs
recipe:
2oz Olive Oil Fat Washed Bourbon
.5oz Mint Infused Blanc Vermouth
.25oz Charred Snow Pea Syrup
1 dash Saline Solution
Garnish: 3 Drops of Olive Oil and a Mint Sprig
