Pork Rib Kimchi Stew
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
1. Pork rib cook with leek, ginger and green onion (can skip this step)
2. Fry the pork rib (can skip this step)
3. Stir fry white onion garlic and leek
4. Put kimchi and pork rib
5. Put a can of beer and 500ml of water, stew for 15 mins
6. Put carrots and potatoes, stew for 20 mins
7. Put king oyster mushroom, stew for 10 mins
8. Sprinkle leek, chopped green onion and chilaca pepper

泡菜炖排骨

1. 排骨利用葱,姜, 大葱, 料酒去腥 （可省去此步骤）
2. 排骨煎至金黄（可省去此步骤）
3. 放入洋葱, 大葱, 蒜爆香
4. 放入泡菜和排骨
5. 放入一罐啤酒和500ml 的水, 炖煮15分钟
6. 放入萝卜和土豆块, 炖煮20分钟
7. 放入杏鲍菇, 炖煮10分钟
8. 撒上葱花, 大葱, 青阳椒
