Today, we have 10 hearings in a case with a couple where Mom has motioned the court to
change the parenting plan due to her concerns relating to Dad and SA. She also has concerns
about Dad’s sister who is currently supervising his visitation.


The court assigns a GAL to investigate these serious allegations and orders Dad to undergo a
psychosexual evaluation.


Dad only has 3 hours of visitation per week, and claims he would do anything for his son; he
just wants the chance to be more of a parent, but as the months drag on and nothing gets
done, Mom gets fed up with Dad’s continuing claims that he can’t get it done “right now”
because it’s too expensive.
