1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp green seasonng ( blended, broad thyme, fine thyme, married man pork ( sweet basil ), garlic and pepper.)

FOR THE STEW.

2 stems scallions
2 stems celery
1/2 onion
1 wiri wiri pepper. (optional)
1 tbsp. blended garlic
1 tbsp. tomato paste.
