PK's 8LB Spicy Cajun Voodoo Pasta Challenge Costs $200 if You Lose in Downtown Las Vegas!!

Professional eater Randy Santel vs PK Oyster Bar's 8lb Spicy Cajun/Creole Voodoo Pasta Challenge, hosted by Vegas Test Kitchen near the Fremont Street Experience area in Downtown Las Vegas, Nevada!! @KatinaEatsKilos and I left on January 17, 2023 to begin a giant 5-6 month international eating challenge tour. Stop #1 was Las Vegas, Nevada where I attempted 4 huge and delicious man vs food restaurant challenges. For challenge event #2, we traveled to Vegas Test Kitchen in Downtown Las Vegas, Nevada, nearby the Fremont Street Experience area. There, we each attempted and helped kick off the brand new 8lb Spicy Cajun Voodoo Pasta Challenge hosted by PK Oyster Bar. Chef Ramon and his team cooked up a supersized 8lb bowl of their signature spicy Cajun Voodoo Pasta equal to more than 6 normal sized bowls of pasta available on the regular menu. I had 1 hour (60 minutes) to feast on 42 ounces of cooked pasta noodles served with lots of grilled chicken, 42 pieces of shrimp, lots of diced andouille sausage, spicy Voodoo cream sauce, dried red peppers, and then some healthy vegetables too. The "Trinity" was included which consists of green/red peppers, celery pieces, and onions. There was lots of diced tomatoes served on top, and the whole dish weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces. I was trying to become just the first person to win my $200 bowl of pasta free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on their Wall of Fame that will be hanging in their upcoming brick & mortar restaurant opening later this summer (2023). BIG thanks to everyone with PK Oyster Bar AND Vegas Test Kitchen for the wonderful food, drinks, and hospitality!! Special thanks also to all the wonderful people from around the Las Vegas, Nevada area who came up that Friday evening to watch and meet us!!
