This post simplifies the diet you should follow for increased muscle mass and weight loss!

Reading about diet can be confusing with so many schools of thoughts out there. There's paleo, carb back loading, IIFYM, intermittent fasting, the slow carb diet... who do you trust?

This takes things back to basics and explains why you don't need to worry about all that. Just eat less than you are to lose weight and more protein to build muscle. Add in lots of nutrients for overall health and avoid simple carbs overall. It's pretty simple really!

As an added bonus, I also look at the diets of several big celebs including Hugh Jackman, Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth and the Rock. They all say the same thing!
