Great opening scene of a little guy who can't be cheered up until he gets an unusual phone call.

Scacciapensieri was a broadcast of Swiss Italian TV (Radio Televisione Svizzera di lingua Italiana, aka RTSI) in the 1980s. It featured cartoons such as Pink Panther and Disney. This is its opening theme in around 1984 or 1985.
